Michael A. Weidinger

Mr. Weidinger focuses his practice on fiduciary and commercial litigation in Delaware. His primary work has been litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, although he has substantial experience in other Courts in Delaware and in alternative dispute resolution. He has been lead counsel in numerous trials in the Court of Chancery and has argued multiple appeals in the Delaware Supreme Court. His work has included many appraisal and unfair dealing cases arising out of mergers and acquisitions, trust fiduciary litigation, limited liability company dissolution disputes, and class action litigation. He has litigated numerous trust fiduciary cases, been engaged in will contests, filed petitions for instructions, and sought the modification and/or termination of both charitable and non-charitable trusts. He has been appointed by the Court of Chancery as guardian ad litem in numerous trust disputes. He has been listed in Chambers USA for Court of Chancery practice.
